Subtle, real, relatable Chaos within the family. The Hippocrates of the family. Minds stuck between grief and sudden burden of responsibilities. A woman about whom everybody is thinking but not for her. Not even considering what she might be feeling. How she becomes burden by one change in title she is given, a widow. The irony in people’s behaviour is placed everywhere and it doesn’t even feel odd as we live it everyday. When her own mother was not ready to take her home because she had 2 more daughters to marry off but as he hears the insurance amount the daughter will be getting suddenly she wants the daughter to come with her and be independent. Until that moment the daughter’s education or her being a human didn’t even matter. We as viewers just be there to witness the chaos happening in Sandhya’s life, we don’t want her to be heroic and we almost know that she will take the right decision.
